Happy to share my experience with anybody in need of transmission repair or service. Replacing oil seals for leaks was done on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4. I am very happy with the repair and full transmission service done in less than 3 days. Honest work was done by friendly professionals with complete information about the work done, with positive results and excellent performance. The transfer case and transmission no longer leak. Runs great. Owner Mike Gillette does have good professionals to do positive repairs. Sincerely, Lazaro Chao. Davie Florida.

I used to be a mechanic and service advisor. When i brought my limited edition Bullitt Mustang in for a clutch I dint expect the transmission and engine to be cracked. The owner made a personal commitment to helping me out. This was a tough job for anybody and im sure they took a loss on it but they got me back to enjoying my car. Above and beyond service and communication!

There is an old adage, “The best indicator of future performance is past performance “ It is this adage that brought me to their location upon reading the shop reviews. I called and made an appointment to bring my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado for a transmission service. On my arrival I was welcomed by Mike, the owner, and I had the transmission service performed on my truck while I waited in their comfortable customer waiting room. The service was performed properly and in a timely manner. Don’t waste your time reading others reviews, this is a five star shop, and the old adage is as true today as it was yesterday. I highly recommend them if you want to be treated right. Thank you Mike

I can’t say enough great things about Transmission Pro Total Car Care! They replaced the transmission in my 2022 Ford Bronco and absolutely knocked it out of the park. From start to finish, the entire job took about 3 days total, which was incredibly fast considering the size of the repair. Before bringing it in, my Bronco was hesitant when changing gears, had a noticeable delay shifting into reverse, and didn’t feel smooth—especially on a cold start. After the replacement, it drives like a brand new vehicle again. The shifting is smooth and precise, reverse engages instantly, and there’s zero hesitation even first thing in the morning. The difference is night and day. What really stood out to me was their honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for an honest shop whose Google reviews truly speak for themselves, you’re at the right place. They communicated clearly, stuck to their timeline, and delivered exactly what they promised. On top of that, they were very affordable. They actually charged me less for a full transmission replacement than another shop previously charged me just to rebuild a different transmission. That says a lot. Mike is a true professional. I was very impressed with his personal interaction with me while he got my new transmission installed. Even with a quick turn around time he kept me informed with pictures and updates. Mike's service and professionalism is second to none and I highly recommend his company.
